Sterilization Whole herbs

The dried flowers of butterfly pea is sterilized for food processing.

Sterilized powder

The powder is sterilized by our latest proprietary technology, low-thermal sterilization.
It made possible to minimize the loss of natural color during the sterilization process.
So the apperance of powder is amazingly bright thought it's sterilized.
It has a fine particle size and can be handled like matcha powder.
Since it is sterilized, easy to bring into food factories without any additional process to meet acceptance standard.
Its good color and easy dispersion make it suitable for mixing into chocolate and other products.
